Before the Daemon War, Roof's Edge was a slaving community. Raiding
parties would head into the mountains and bring back young Trow to
sell. Because they needed to protect themselves from Trow attack,
Roof's Edge is the single most heavily fortified city in Aeryn.
During the war Roof's Edge was overrun by the Horde. Afterwards,
domestic Trow who wanted to return home but preferred a more
civilized lifestyle settled there and helped to rebuild the city.
Now, Roof's Edge is an uneasy place as two communities who were once
natural enemies learn to work together.
