Rock-Fist is a complex deity. He is large and strong and loud, the
ideal patron of the Trow and their mountains. Despite his size he
also has clever hands and produces items of unsurpassed beauty. In
his love for children he has become the god to pray to for health and
protection while pregnant and giving birth. Rock-Fist is always
portrayed as the largest of Trow by the Trow and as a strong member
of the other Aeryn races by others. He always wears a smith's apron
and his right hand is always bloody.
