Judith Puncharilo is the daughter of vicious Port of Paradise crime lord Anthony Puncharilo. Disgusted with his evil ways, Judith stole an experimental serum the Puncharilo family was using in an attempt to create I-enforcers and used it on herself. It worked, giving her enhanced strength, agility, and speed. Thus, by day she's just Judith, a normal college student. By night, however, she becomes Punch, the slightly insane acrobatic avenger.
