Stacy Brooks was trying to work out a new form of energy production for a young inventor's contest when he accidentally made a primitive space folding drive... and it blew up in his face. Stacy survived the explosion and discovered he had the ability to create holes in space, allowing instant transfer from any point he could perceive to any other point he could perceive. He hadn't intended to use his new i-power for fighting crime but ended up joining TSX after a series of coincidences kept putting him in their path. Last year, Stacy left TSX to attend M.I.T..
