Kevin is a handler for the Fortean Network. She is apparently a crack shot and a trained private detective. She also has some skill with cars. She rescued the Polybius group from Sinneslogchen agents. The next day, she hired them to work for the Fortean Network as investigators. She seems to know quite a bit about the various members of the group.
