Fort Felle was a Daemon fortification during the war. In recent years
smugglers from the Midnight Empire have begun using it as a base to
sell their illegally exported goods. This has attracted others. Felle
has become something of a clearing house for stolen items and for
merchants who don't wish to pay local tariffs. It can be a very rough
and tumble place but it is held together through a spirit of mutual
need. No one wants to ruin a good thing.
